I paid, but my credits haven't shown up

- Reload the page. Your balance is read when the page loads.
- Check that PayPal completed the payment — PayPal emails you a receipt when it does.
- If the receipt has arrived and your balance still hasn't changed after a few minutes, send us a message with the date, the amount and the PayPal transaction ID from the receipt.
Please don't pay a second time while you wait — we'll sort out the first payment.
