What does Kognie do for an organization?
Kognie lets the people across your organization who need graphics — marketing, sales, social, events, leadership — make them themselves, in your brand, without a designer in the loop for every request.
Each person describes what they need in plain language, picks the goal (a product launch, an event, a sale) and where it will appear (an Instagram Story, a LinkedIn post, an email header, a website banner). Kognie's agentic design system then works like a small design team: the Layout Agent plans the composition, the Style Agent sets the look, the Brand Agent applies your brand, and the Critic Agent reviews the result and suggests fixes. If the brief is unclear, Kognie asks a question before it designs, rather than guessing.
Keeping every design on-brand
Brand consistency usually breaks down when several people make content in parallel. Kognie moves your brand rules out of a PDF that people forget to open and into the tool itself.
- Brand kits built from your website. Enter your site's address and Kognie fetches your logo, colours, fonts, product images and brand context, then lets you check and edit everything before saving. See Setting up a brand kit.
- A logo system, not one file. Store full, icon-only and light or dark versions so the right logo is used on each background.
- One kit per brand. Agencies and companies with several product lines can keep a separate brand kit for each brand and attach the right one to each project.
- Applied automatically. Once a brand kit is attached to a project, the Brand Agent applies it to every design in it — nobody has to remember the hex codes.
Quality checked before anyone sees it
The Critic Agent reviews each design for visual hierarchy, contrast, spacing, brand consistency and fit for the platform, and suggests specific improvements you can accept or skip. People stay in control: Kognie's agents recommend and explain, and a person decides what ships. See how Kognie keeps you in control.
Shared credits and members
An organization on Kognie has its own credits. Admins invite members by email and decide how many of the organization's credits each member can use, so a whole team designs from one account without sharing logins or cards.
- Invite your team by email address.
- Share credits from the organization to each member.
- Fair results: when a new design misses the mark, the member who made it can give it a thumbs-down and say why — eligible results are refunded automatically.
Built for the way teams work
- Editable results. Change a design by describing the change in plain language, or use Kognie's editing tools — such as Expand, Remove BG, Select object and Upscale. See the Edit Menu.
- Reuse instead of restart. Designs are saved automatically to your gallery and can be added to an asset library to reuse across projects.
- Every format you publish in. Choose the platform and Kognie sets the right proportions and layout conventions for it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can several people at my company use Kognie under one account?
Yes. Kognie organizations have their own credits and members: admins invite people by email and share the organization's credits with them, so everyone designs under one organization without sharing a login.
How does Kognie keep designs consistent when many people make them?
Your brand lives in a brand kit — logos, colours, fonts, voice and product images — and Kognie's Brand Agent applies it to every design in a project automatically. The Critic Agent then checks each design, including brand consistency, before you see it.
Do team members need design experience?
No. Members describe what they need in plain language and choose the goal and platform; Kognie's agents handle layout, style and brand, and ask a question when the brief is unclear. Anyone can then refine the result by describing changes.
