Yes, in most cases. After Kognie creates a new design, it asks How do you like the quality of the graphic?
- Choose the thumbs-down.
- Tell us what you didn't like about it, and send.
The design is hidden from your canvas and, if it's eligible, its credits are returned straight away — your New balance shows at the top of the editor.
Automatic refunds cover recent results, up to a weekly limit. If you think a result should have been refunded and wasn't, contact us with the project name and roughly when it happened.
