How it works

  1. Configure your project. Choose a design goal. We will create a Layout Agent tailored to your design goal. And a Brand Agent, if your project is for a brand.
  2. Describe the visuals you want in your design. Our Creation Agent will produce the visual collaborating with the Layout Agent. Also with the Style Agent and the Brand Agent if your project is for a brand.
  3. Refine with our Suggestion Agent. Our Suggestion Agent will provide suggestions for improving your graphic design. With your approval it will refine your design as per these suggestions.
  4. Make your graphic design editable. Our Layering Agent will provide suggestions about which elements in the design should be put in their own layer. With your approval and refinement, these will be made into separate layers to enable more precise editing of the design.

How is Kognie different from AI image generation platforms?

Most AI image generators — Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and similar tools — take a text prompt and produce a flat image. But Kognie is not a mere image generator — it’s an agentic system acting as a designer, which collaborates with the user at every step. What's the difference between Canva and Kognie?

Can graphic designs created on Kognie be used commercially?

Yes, absolutely. The graphic designs and assets created on Kognie belong to you. It is yours to use as you see fit.

What safeguards are built into the image design process in Kognie?

We use two layers of safeguards. First, we pass your textual prompts through a tool which determines if it is objectionable along several dimensions. Second, we pass any image created on Kognie through another tool which blocks images that might be objectionable along multiple dimensions.

What is the difference between a brand kit and a brand agent?

A brand kit is essentially a static file consisting of information about various features of the brand: its color, font, spacing, tone, visual style, etc. A brand agent acts: it guides the creation and modification of images, captions and textual messages, in making improvement suggestions, and in refining edit requests. It does this based on its knowledge of the brand. It is the difference between information and informed action.
